Sometimes the best thing we can do for a homeowner is help them figure out the next step.

We recently visited a property in Millsboro, Delaware, where the homeowner has been dealing with a breaker that keeps tripping.

Rather than guessing at a repair, we inspected the situation and helped document the concern so the homeowner could continue working with their builder and electrician toward a solution.

When was the last time you REALLY cleaned your grill? 🔥

Not just brushing off the grates after cooking. We're talking about getting into the areas where grease builds up over time.

We recently completed a Premium Grill Cleaning for a homeowner in Selbyville, Delaware.

We disassembled the grill components, degreased them, cleaned everything up, and reinstalled the components.

But we didn't stop there.

We also took time to explain to the homeowner how grease buildup can contribute to grill fires and what they can do to help prevent another one.

Paver dust gets EVERYWHERE! 😅

Sometimes it's the smaller repairs that make a big difference!
