Utilizing our banking relationship, we were able to secure a Conventional loan for the buyers that allowed us to get the deal completed for both parties.

JUST CLOSED... I am pleased announce the Successful closing of the Holiday Inn Express & Convention Center located in Claremore, OK.

We were able to work with the existing bank and worked out a USDA Loan Assumption for the new buyers. This Allowed them to take advantage of Lower interest rate for strong growth. I want to thank the Buyers and Sellers for entrusting us with this transaction.
