Bellingrath Gardens & Home is a must-see just a short drive from Dauphin Island. Every season brings something new to see. Check their website for special events, too. The Christmas display is a family tradition for us.

We ate at Southbound Restaurant & Bar not once but TWICE last week. It was a hit. My fried shrimp were cooked perfectly and the crab claws were fantastic. Great food, great service, generous portions, and a fair price. 🍤🍤🦀🦀

We had a fantastic experience renting a golf cart through Dauphin Island Rent and Roll this weekend. Our cart was in excellent condition, and they delivered right to our home. Impeccable service, timely communication, and a great rental rate. We highly recommend!!

If you love antiques and architectural salvage, make the short drive to Charles Phillips Antiques and Architecturals in Theodore, AL. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to wander several warehouse-style metal buildings. Doors, textiles, k***s, glass, furniture—there is something unique around every corner!
