Another five star review for the New Woodlands Villa @ Watersong, one of our premier homes!

"I went to Universal Studios with my Sister, her husband, and thier kids. It was our first time to Florida, for all of us. I was responsible for booking the place to stay. I had never booked an Air bnb until this one. Not to toot my own horn, but I think I did a magnificent job. Adrian's place was just what I was looking for. It was affordable, clean, kid friendly, spacious, close but not to close to Universal Studios and within an hour or so drive too many of the popular beaches. (We went to Cocoa beach and Clearwater beach) both beautiful. Everyone had thier own bathroom and privacy which was really nice. The kids obviously loved the pool, as did I. It has tile floors in the kitchen and main area, which I loved because of the kids. Iykyk. Overall, no complaints. We felt comfortable the whole time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thankyou Adrian for lending us your beautiful home and making our first time in Florida a such memorable one. Truly grateful. 5 Stars!"
