Remember, Sunset Villa isn’t just an investment property for us. It’s our home away from home. So, we try to keep it stocked with the things our family—and other families—would need, including plenty of activities for those rest days!

Sunset Villa offers foosball and ping pong in the garage, plus sports equipment to use at the community playground. We also have board games and a few toys available in the kids’ room! Because we know no parent wants to hear those two words on vacation: “I’m bored!”

We just spent a small fortune on something no guest will ever see. 😂 After discovering issues with our ductwork, we replaced the entire system. Not exactly a glamorous upgrade, but it means better airflow, more consistent temperatures, and a more comfortable stay.

Sunset Villa isn’t just another Airbnb. It’s a home we personally enjoy, care for, and continuously invest in so our guests can enjoy it, too.
