⚠️ TOWING WARNING – CHAMPIONSGATE AREA ⚠️
We’ve had two recent reports of vehicles being targeted for towing from villa driveways because they were slightly overhanging the sidewalk — including inside gated communities!

In both cases, the tow operator had taken photos and demanded $75 to release the vehicle before towing. One guest was told it would have been $350 if the vehicle had been taken away.

🚨 PLEASE WARN YOUR GUESTS!
When parking on the driveway:
✅ Park as close to the garage as possible
✅ Make sure NO part of the vehicle overhangs the sidewalk
✅ Double-check larger SUVs in particular

If you’re overhanging the sidewalk, they may legally be able to tow — don’t give them the opportunity!
So far, we know this is happening in the ChampionsGate area, but it may be happening elsewhere too.
