Branded Rock Canyon is a private ranch retreat located on the western slope of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The ranch is just about an hour's drive east of Grand Junction and two hours west of world-famous ski resorts. BRC is an outdoor sportsman's paradise with a large variety of recreational opportunities, including fishing, wing shooting, big game hunting, hiking, and hunting/long range shooting schools. We can also accommodate corporate group retreats and weddings.

FIRST SEASON RECAP:

Lots of rain, a little snow, so many miles hiked, and some incredible animals.

The dedication of our amazing hunters and guides showed all season long. Pushing through whatever the mountains threw their way. While the weather didn’t always cooperate, the memories, laughs, and good times never stopped.🧡🦌⛰️

While you’re out in the backcountry making those once in a lifetime memories, remember to stay safe. Wear your orange, double check that you have all your gear before you go, let someone know where you’re headed and always be prepared for Colorado’s changing conditions. 🧡🦌

Trail Cam Tuesday! 📷

These are a few of our favorite bear sightings over the past few years. 🐻

Fun facts about Colorado’s black bears:
- Black bears aren’t always black. They can range from blond and cinnamon to brown and black.
- They’re Colorado’s largest carnivore.
- In the fall, bears can spend up to 20 hours a day foraging as they pack on calories for winter.

We’ll never get tired of seeing who shows up on the trail cams. 👀🏔️
