Oceanside City Council is considering significant spending on STR monitoring and enforcement—and responsible rental owners need to understand what this could mean for them.

With thousands of dollars proposed for compliance services and monitoring, we’re urging the City to keep permit renewal fees affordable and focus enforcement on unpermitted rentals and operators who break the rules, not those already doing the right thing.
