Cancellation Policy (if booking directly through us): No refunds for inclement weather. 75% of deposit is refundable when canceled 30 days prior to arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. We are not liable for anything lost, broken or stolen during your stay. We have a creek that runs through the property - you may ride, swim and play at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries. Check out is at 10am - our cleaning lady will be coming into the cabin by 10:30am to ready the cabin for incoming riders that same day.
