Walking distance to Sea Street Beach, Woolfies Bakery, Sundae School and many local restaurants. This quaint Cape Cod cottage has 3 bedrooms with 1 full and 4 twin beds. The summer rental season starts in June and runs through the Labor Day weekend. The 2025 rental fee is $1550 per week (plus a $250 security deposit). The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage is available to rent
during in the off season either on a weekly or nightly (2 night minimum) basis. The weather is beautiful on the cape during the months of September and October when the ocean is at its warmest. The cottage located on a quiet and safe street and is walking distance to Sea Street and Glendon Beach. It is a short drive to some favorite Dennis Beaches; Mayflower and West Dennis Beach. We are centrally located so we are close to many other Cape attractions including the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We are also walking distance to Wolfies Bakery, The Sundae School, Cleat and Anchor and other local restaurants. Short drive to the Dennis Port downtown which boasts additional restaurants and a coffee shop. The cottage has all the comforts of home and these are a few of it's amenities; WiFi, cable TV/Roku, enlcosed outdoor shower, outdoor gas grill, picnic table with adirondack chairs to relax in after a day at the beach. 1. The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday with an arrival time of 3:00 pm and departure time of 11:00 am. The 2025 summer rate is $1550 per week.
2. A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of the rental agreement. Final payment is due two weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made via check or by paypal/venmo if prior arrangements are made.
3. Cancellation of reservation will forfeit refund of deposit.
4. There is a $250 security deposit as part of the rental agreement. The cottage is cleaned before your arrival. The renters are responsible for cleaning during their stay and for leaving the cottage clean upon departure. The deposit will be refunded within two weeks, as long as the premises and appliances are left in a clean condition as on arrival and there is no damage to the property. The security deposit is due with the rental agreement.
5. The occupancy limit for the cottage is set at 6 persons unless other arrangements are made.
6. Tenant is required to supply their own bed linens for 1 full and 4 twin size beds; sheets, pillowcases along with towels, dishtowels, etc. Blankets and pillows are provided on each bed.
7. Trash pickup is provided on Saturday mornings. Our service provider will remove the trash from the barrels located on the side of the house.
8. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
