The first hotel in Denver's industrial and artistic RiNo neighborhood, The Ramble Hotel is locally owned and operated. The 50-room boutique hotel houses the marquee lobby bar Death & Co; D.C.A.M, a café bar serving breakfast and lunch; and Suite 6a, a reservation-only private bar featuring a cocktail tasting menu experience; and, The Garden, a courtyard bar - all operated by Death & Co. Additionally, The Ramble Hotel is home to Vauxhall, an intimate music venue, theatre and bar, and Super Mega Bien, an independent pan-Latin restaurant from James Beard-nominated Chef, Dana Rodriguez. The Ramble Hotel took inspiration from Madame Rambouillet's French Salons of the 17th century, and the Salon's utility in society as not only a platform for the exchange of ideas, but as a catalyst to creating community. As such, each space within the hotel has been designed with the intent to foster meaningful conversation, engagement and interaction among guests.

While our friends at Death & Co take a well-deserved evening off for staff appreciation — we’re keeping the good times flowing.

Our friends at Laws Wh***ey House will be taking over the lobby with wh***ey tasting from 3 to 6pm today, November 2nd.

For those looking to make an evening of it — Soda Club will be welcoming guests for dinner, with complimentary w**e available in the lobby.

Death & Co returns to business as usual Tuesday. We appreciate your understanding while we raise a glass to the team that keeps ours full.

First conjured up by Phil Ward at the original Death & Co in New York City in 2007, this spirited take on the classic East Side combines Arette Blanco Tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, lime, cucumber, and mint — Meet The Silver Monk.

We promise the only thing haunting you this weekend will be the thought of not ordering a second.
