Denver Cottages We are located in the lower highlands neighborhood near the navajo art district and just a short walk into downtown.

We love to host out of towners and host our local neighbors' family and friends. The Denver Cottages are a great way to see DENVER as a local would. Guests will have the feeling of being home and cozy while away from home. We are tucked in from the main Avenue and have a rural feeling in an Urban setting. The cottages are equipped with petite but full kitchens: cups, plates, bowl, pots, pans, cutl

ery, utensils, as well as basics to keep you going
(olive oil, vinegars, salt, pepper, soy sauce, coffee, teas, etc.) The property also contains culinary gardens and fruiting trees, depending on the time of year of the visit we encourage guests to use them.

Our newest yellow irises are in full bloom. I need to plant more for next year.
