Another this week to the original Stepping Stones!

Did you know Stepping Stones was originally located down the road? In the late 60’s, owner Bob Kahn purchased the plot of land we are now on and built Stepping Stones 2.0! The original resort was sold and renamed to Stoney Ledge. Years later Stoney Ledge was knocked down for residential homes. This postcard is from the original location!

The last photo is the “coming soon” sign for our current location. We accidentally found it locally while antiquing but unfortunately it wasn’t for sale!

Edit: Now that April 1st is over… yes this is 100% fake! Sorry, no pool! While most of you knew that, we did trick a few of you 🤭😜 We love our grass for the kiddos to play in and have no plans to get rid of it. LG is one of the cleanest bodies of water in the country- go jump in the lake! 🌊

We are SO excited to finally reveal what we’ve been working on all winter! After years of being asked, “Why don’t you have a pool?”…. We finally caved! Who needs grass anyways?

We admit the slide is a little large, but we bought it at an auction from the now extinct Water Slide World. Per their old theme song, they were the “ #1 in family fun” and now we can be too!
