We’re directly in the path of totality for the 2017 Total Solar Eclipse and we’re offering a number of primitive campsites on private, rural grounds. Located in the middle of the country, but conveniently just off of I
nterstate 80 and Highway 281 in central Nebraska, 8 miles south of Grand Island, Neb. Campsite options:
- 30’ x 30’ campsite - $100 for 1 night, $150 for 2 nights: Tent campsites include 30 x 30 fully-grassed area. Parking for one vehicle per campsite is included in adjacent lot. Available for tent camping or RVs less than 20 feet long.
- 30’ x 50’ campsite - $200 for 1 night, $300 for 2 nights: Accommodations for larger RVs, 5th wheel or bumper pull campers or tent campers wanting a little extra room. Sites available for either Sunday, Aug. 20, Monday, Aug. 21, or both nights. Amenities: Portable restroom on site; sand volleyball court; small kids playground and trampoline; *** nightly bonfire both Sunday and Monday nights with marshmallow and hot dog roast included (BYOB)!***
All sites are primitive camping only with no water, electric or sewer made available. Garden hose will be made available for water needs.
*Campsites must be left clean and without debris upon departure.
*Payments must be made in cash at time of arrival, no credit cards or checks accepted. Feel free to enjoy a full view of the solar eclipse from the site (2:34 totality!) or our location is in very close proximity to recommended local viewing events:
