Looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently to assist with day-to-day property operations across our rental portfolio.

This is a mobile, field-based position assisting with:
✔ Property checks
✔ Notice delivery
✔ Laundry runs
✔ Trash schedules
✔ Listing photos/videos
✔ Supply pickups & deliveries
✔ General property support tasks

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
Comfortable driving between multiple properties daily
Must be tech-savvy and able to use mobile apps, upload photos/files, and send updates throughout the day
Dependable and able to manage tasks independently

🕒 Part-Time

Approx. 15-25 hours weekly
Flexible schedule

💲Pay: $15–$18/hour based on experience & reliability
