Hospitality has been a passion of mine for over a decade, but creating spaces where guests can truly slow down, reconnect, and make memories is what inspired me to start this journey here in the New River Valley. From cozy riverfront cabins to our newest glamping experience, the Tumbleweed Tent, every stay is cared for with intention, comfort, and a whole lot of heart.

☀️ The sun is finally here and the river level looks great!

We plan to be open this Saturday and Sunday (5/30-5/31) by reservation only. Please call 276-389-8246 to reserve your canoe, kayak, or tube rental.

⏰ Last trip leaves at 2 PM
🛶 Trips range from approximately 3–6 hours

🏕️ The campground is always open and we still have availability this weekend!

These homes have been part of family traditions, weekend escapes, fishing trips, anniversaries, and quiet moments long before we ever had the privilege of helping care for them through New River Getaways.
