Oktoberfest is a traditional German fall festival celebrating Bavarian food, b**r, music, and community. We're bringing a little of that festive spirit to Dublin with soft pretzels, sausages, and more, all in the beautiful setting of Dublin Farm.

Join us for a five-course dinner featuring comforting Italian classics, from savory pancetta carbonara to sweet, crisp cannoli.

Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. Feel free to arrive early and explore the property. Business casual attire is requested.

🥗 Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and garlic croutons.

🍝 Carbonara with Pancetta
Pasta tossed with pancetta, egg, aged cheese, and cracked black pepper.

• Eggplant Parmigiana — Layered with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
• Snapper Oreganata — Baked with oregano-seasoned breadcrumbs, garlic, and lemon.
