It’s Labor Day, so what better excuse to flood your feed with the people who put in the LABOR around here all summer long?! 😂🇺🇸

Behind every cabin cleaned, meal served, drink poured, lawn mowed, event pulled off, guest checked in, and fire put out (sometimes figuratively… sometimes not 😜) is this crew.

Summer at Crooked Creek is busy, crazy, exhausting, and a whole lot of fun—and we couldn’t do it without the people who show up every day and make this place run.

So here’s to our 2026 summer crew—the long days, late nights, lots of laughs, questionable decisions, and memories made along the way. ❤️

Welp… summer is officially coming to an end. 🐴🏔️

The Schrocks have officially left the mountain! Trail rides with these guys are some of the best in the area, and they’re a pretty one-of-a-kind crew to have around.

We’ll definitely miss seeing you guys every day. Thanks for another awesome summer and for taking such great care of our guests!

Safe travels home — and don’t think leaving the mountain gets you off the hook until next summer. You better come back up and see us this winter! ❄️🍻

A quick heads-up for Friday, September 11!

Due to a scheduled power outage, the restaurant will be closed from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are hoping to reopen for dinner at 5:00, but that will depend on whether power has been restored.

If the power is still out at 5:00, we’ll play it by ear and post an update as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Doc Fields’ Cyberdellic Voodoo will still be rocking the Crooked Creek restaurant tomorrow, Saturday, August 29, from 5–9 PM!

Come on up, grab some dinner and a cold drink, and enjoy a great evening of live music—warm, dry, and indoors! We’d love to see you and make the best of a disappointing situation together. 🍻🎸

We will be posting more information soon but, I wanted to get the word out to you guys as soon as possible.

⚠️ EVENT CANCELLATION ⚠️

Creekin’ in the Hills, scheduled for tomorrow, August 29th, has been cancelled due to the forecast of rain, thunderstorms and cold temperatures
The safety of our vendors, participants, volunteers, and attendees is — and always will be — our top priority. While we are disappointed, we believe cancelling is the safest decision for everyone.

Creekin’ in the Hills is happening THIS SATURDAY, August 29! 🎶⛰️

We’ve got a full day planned at Crooked Creek with live music, local vendors, kids’ activities, food and drink specials, and—of course—our pie contest! 🥧

Gates open at 11:45 AM, with activities beginning at noon and live music from 3:00–10:00 PM.

🎟️ Admission: $5 per person or $20 per family
👶 Children 3 and under are free
🥧 Pie contest entries are due by 1:00 PM
