Some dinners call for a bigger appetite. This was definitely one of them. 🥩

One of our previous chef creations, this 32 oz Piementoz Dry Aged Tomahawk was served with Lyonnaise fingerling potatoes and chanterelle mushrooms.

Big flavor, a serious sear, and absolutely no need to order something small just because you’re in polite company.

Some plates don’t need much of an introduction. 🥩

One of our previous chef creations, this Prime USDA New York Steak was served with charred onion purée, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, crispy potato pavé, and the Chef’s Secret Steak Sauce.

Perfectly cooked steak, thoughtfully prepared sides, and a sauce we’re still keeping the details of to ourselves.

Good food. Strong cocktails. A view that does some of the work for us.

This recent guest gave us 5/5 and called dinner “absolutely spectacular.” They loved the changing deviled eggs, airline chicken, risotto, and cocktails.

We’ll happily take that review.

Deviled eggs, but we decided they needed a little more personality. 🌶️

One of our previous chef creations, these Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs brought together creamy, savory, smoky, and just enough heat to keep things interesting.

They were the kind of appetizer that disappeared faster than expected.
