Mother Nature decided to give us a little boost this weekend for our first night of snowmaking, and we’re finally looking like a ski resort again (not that we don’t look cute as a bike park or anything).

What you need to know:
-25 days left until our scheduled opening day on November 20th.
-Less than 2 weeks until pass prices increase on November 6th.
-$9 tickets are selling FAST.
-NOAA’s El Niño predictions have come true so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing how historic this season is.

We have indoor and on mountain positions of all types available for this winter. From lodging, food and beverage, and guest services, all the way to lift mechanics, ski instructors, lift ops and park crew. There’s definitely a job that’s a perfect fit for you, and we can’t wait to meet you!

IT’S HERE! ❄️

We have officially survived summer, and the countdown to November 20th is feeling VERY real. We saw around 4” of snow at the top of the mountain, and our temps are finally dropping under 40 degrees. Winter is moving in, and we’re welcoming her with open arms.

The Hesperus Ski Patrol may not be actively patrolling the slopes, but we're still very much alive and serving our community!
For 63 years, our annual Ski Swap has been a cornerstone event bringing together winter sports enthusiasts while supporting vital local non-profits. This year is no different.
Mark your calendars: Saturday, November 7 - Our 63rd Annual Ski Swap continues the tradition.
Proceeds go to organizations like Adaptive Sports, Boy Scouts, and Heart Safe La Plata.
We're evolving our mission but keeping our commitment to community service stronger than ever. See you there!
