🦞 Meet the Chef: Oscar Anaya 🦞

Chef Oscar Anaya’s culinary journey started with a simple opportunity—and a lot of determination. Originally from Mexico, Oscar began his restaurant career as a dishwasher before quickly working his way through the kitchen ranks, fueled by a passion for food, home cooking, and countless hours watching cooking shows.

Today, as the chef at Ocean Point Kitchen, Oscar brings years of experience and a love for fresh, coastal cuisine to every plate he creates. After making his way to Maine for a summer cooking opportunity, he fell in love with the state and has spent the last four years serving guests at Bluebird Ocean Point Inn.
