Dark Dinner 2026 was a tremendous success! 🖤🍽️

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Hummingbird Inn for this year’s Dark Dinner — an immersive multi-course dining experience served in complete darkness. It was a fun, memorable, and delicious evening, and the response from our guests was wonderful.

A standout moment of the night: guests loved the Cajun alligator course… and no one guessed what it was! 😉

We’re sharing the menu from the evening to give you a glimpse of the experience. Dark Dinner is more than just a meal — it’s a thoughtfully curated culinary event designed to awaken the senses and make every course part of the adventure.

And a very special thank-you to the Hummingbird Inn team who helped bring the evening together. From the preparation and cooking to service and all the behind-the-scenes details, a tremendous amount of work went into creating the experience. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, teamwork, and effort everyone put in — and our guests clearly appreciated it too.

Thank you again to everyone who made the evening so special. We’re already looking forward to the next one.
