Come with us to build a U-Pick bouquet at The Little Farm on Olga Road! —>
Step one: If the flag says open, head on in. There are laminated maps, clean clippers and buckets on both sides of the fence. We grab from the outside and use the inside spot to assemble our bouquet and grab our compostable vase (as we shall be now calling paper cups).
Step Two: Head to the gorgeous fields, select your blooms. Try to get as close to a node (where the leaves meet the stem) as possible.
Step Three: Rub some ground petals. For posterity.
Step Four: Steal a quick pet from one of the resident Frenchies.
Step Five: Enjoy a break by pond, watching the fish or enjoying the Adirondack chairs.
Step Six: You can Venmo or drop cash in the honor box, head on your way and enjoy your blooms! Ours are going to our 3 year old’s dance teacher today, all selected by him!
