Celebrating the heritage of many Wisconsinites, The Informalist's new October Signatures menu is inspired by Oktoberfest, an annual German festival that's been held for over 200 years. In the spirit of the festivities, they also have New Glarus "Staghorn" on tap, a Wisconsin-brewed German-style Märzen. Try their take on these traditional foods, and don't forget to raise a pint and say "Guten Appetit"!

This menu is available for the month of October:

BAVARIAN PRETZEL (LEFT)
Scratch-baked traditional pretzel sticks served with house-made b**r cheese dip featuring New Glarus Staghorn b**r and Hook’s Three-year-aged cheddar

PORK SCHNITZEL (MIDDLE)
Hand-breaded pork schnitzel with house-made red potato kartoffelsalat and sauerkraut

BLUTWURST (RIGHT)
