If anyone is trying to check online whether a (Personalizes/Vanity) plate is available, here is what I got from our contact at the PA DOT...
"Our IT team has to add the newer organizations to the personalization tool, and they are overwhelmed and understaffed. I can check for you until the website is updated (maybe a couple of months)."

I would suggest you just pick your best 3 options on the proper form and send it in. It's not like it's Penn State or Notre Dame with 100,000-plus getting one.

Although we went through this process and directives many times, there is one small change being made to the two order forms on the website. Form MV-44 is repeated. I sent the web team a new MV-46 form. It should be in place by tomorrow. Thanks for understanding.

ATTENTION St James ALUMNI!

This STJ Special Plate Program is for Alumni Association members and family members only!

THE NEW ST. JAMES PA LIBERTY PLATES ARE NOW AVAILABLE.
We tried our best to make this as easy as possible. I think if you take the time to read the graphic ads, go to our website, download the information pages, read the instructions we put into easy-to-follow sheets, and look at the step-by-step infographic we created, you shouldn't have any issues.

Your options are a new plate, a replacement plate, or a new personalized plate. Each has its own form and cost. The order forms for replacement and new non personalized plates are also on our website. Or you can Email us at [email protected] with your form request and we will email them to you. Make sure you leave your name and class year. No emails or phone calls to the Doghouse will be responded to regarding the new plates.

*Note: The personalized plates require a $20.00 fee to the STJ Alumni Association to cover state stamping and mailing costs. This is noted in the info sheets.
