We are happy to reserve a stall for your horse. Our 4 stalls are very large (16x16) and each one has a 2 acre turnout

with bedding, water, and power provided. We also have plenty of room for parking living quarters trailers, RV's, etc. We offer 15 amp power and a garden hose for water - no septic. Our horse stall rates are:

Winter (Nov-March) $30.00 per night. Extra horse $15.00
Summer (April-Oct) $35.00 per night. Extra horse $20.00

Our RV rates are:
$25.00 per night all year. Our B&B rates are:
We have four spacious, lovely bedrooms, each with their own private baths. They are located in the ranch house about 100 yards from the horse barn and pastures. Winter (Nov-March)
2 Kings, 1 Queen $99.00 per night
1 w/2 twins $79.00 per night. Summer:(April-Aug)
2 Kings, 1 Queen $129.00 per night
1 w/2 twins $99.00 per night. Fall: (Sept.-Oct.)
2 Kings, 1 Queen $139.00 per night
1 w/2 twins $119.00 per night. Two of the rooms (1 King, 1 Queen) have lofts each with a twin bed, $30.00 per night all year. Our B&B rates include a delicious hot breakfast, as well as a continental breakfast of fresh fruit in season, pastries, breads, homemade granola, yogurt, juices, coffee and tea. Also available to our B&B guests is a lovely private court yard with outdoor seating, a large comfortable great room with a fireplace, a TV room, and free Wi-Fi. Our ranch is located on 80 acres with a beautiful view of South Mountain. We request a 50% deposit (we take most credit cards) upon your reservation that is totally refundable if your cancellation is 10 days before your reserved arrival date. We also request that our guest horses have a current EIA certificate.

What a wonderful time we had this week with the Piccoti family! Was so good to see them all again. Philip, Kristina, Daniella, and their beautiful critters were one of our very *first* guests last year. Daniella is a “Reining” champion and just turned 18!!! She is off to begin an exciting career in the world of horses. Will be so much fun to follow her as she pursues her lifelong passion. Thanks so much guys for stopping at the ranch and we are looking forward to seeing you all again. Safe Travels and God bless.
