Erik’s Ranch & Retreats (www.eriksranch.org) is a premier residence and workplace for adults with autism Welcome to Erik’s Ranch & Retreats. And need.

A solution that was born out of love. We proudly offer a first-of-its kind living, working and social environment for young adults with autism. Not only are both locations home to young adults with autism, but what sets Erik’s Ranch & Retreats apart is that these young adults operate the boutique-style guest accommodations at our two destination locations: the Retreat in Edina, Minn., and Erik’s Ranch, in Paradise Valley, Mont.

Some places are made for slowing down. 🌄

At The Cargill Earl Guesthouse, wide-open views, quiet surroundings, and thoughtful design create the perfect setting to step away from the noise and reconnect with what matters. Spend your days taking in the Montana landscape, and your evenings simply enjoying the peace and stillness.

Featured on Netflix’s The World’s Most Amazing Vacation Rentals, this is a place where getting away truly means getting away.

Come disconnect. Stay awhile. 🌿🏔️

You are invited to join us for An Evening With Dylan Kelly on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. We will highlight Dylan as he shares his passion for writing stories and bringing his characters to life with his voice.

In the week leading up to the event, we will have a silent auction, featuring some amazing items. During the night we will have a social hour, dinner, our presentation, and a fund-a-need.

This is a perfect opportunity to learn how YOU can become involved - by donating, volunteering, taking one of our tours, and staying with us at one of the beautiful Erik's Ranch & Retreats properties in Edina, Minnesota and Paradise Valley, Montana.

Purchase tickets and register for the silent auction at the link below.

Thanks to the generosity of a dedicated supporter, every gift made to Erik’s Ranch & Retreats between today and Sunday, April 12 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $20,000.

This matching gift comes with a meaningful purpose: to help us rebuild and reimagine apartment spaces that are sitting demolished as part of our commitment to creating updated, welcoming homes for our members. These renewed spaces will play an important role in enhancing daily life and fostering a strong sense of belonging.

While this generous donor has chosen to direct their matching gift toward this important project, your donation will continue to support the ongoing programs, experiences, and care that make Erik’s Ranch & Retreats such a special place. And thanks to this match, your gift will still be doubled, making your impact go even further.

Now is the perfect time to make an even greater impact. Every gift, no matter the size, will be matched.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

Don’t miss this opportunity to double your impact!
