We still have just a couple November dates left! Call or text today before they're gone to experience some of the best waterfowl hunting the Texas coastal prairie region has to offer!

It's always a pleasure to get to hunt with Pat and his crew, and an extreme honor to bust some teal over his hand carved decoys!

What a great Teal season here at Rocky Creek Retreivers, the birds were tough and some days they just didn't cooperate, but we pushed through and great times were had and memories were made. Huge thanks to everyone who made it so special!

Lost one of the good ones!

For 29 years, Mike Grigar lovingly carried on the legacy of Johnny’s Sport Shop after Johnny Meitzen—and when the time came to pass that legacy on, we were incredibly honored that he trusted us.

Mike was so much more than the owner of Johnny’s. He was a dear friend, a mentor, and a true part of the heart of Eagle Lake. Without his dedication, knowledge, and love for the community, Johnny’s simply wouldn’t be what it is today.

We will forever be grateful for his friendship, his guidance, and the trust he placed in us to continue something that meant so much to him.

Eagle Lake lost a legend. We lost a dear friend. Mike’s legacy will live on through Johnny’s and through the countless lives he touched along the way.

Rest easy Mike. You will be deeply missed. ❤️
