Join us in September for another fun Night Hike and a craft event to make Pumpkin Firefly Jars! 🌙🎃

Night Hike! (FREE) 🌛🥾
September 4 @ 8:00pm. We will meet at the Beach Nature Center and then venture down approximately 2.5 miles of trails. Bring your flashlights, glow sticks, water bottles and bug spray!

Pumpkin Firefly Jars! ($5 per/participant) 🫙🎃
September 13 @ 3:00pm at the Beach Nature Center. All materials will be provided for a fee of $5 per jar.

Just a couple of grainy photos from our adventures tonight on our night hike. 🌙🔦
We hiked a little over 2 miles with this wonderful group and managed to see several deer, armadillos, and frogs. Plus, so many spiders and their fancy webs along with multiple types of mushrooms! 🦌🐸🕸️🍄‍🟫🍄 Thankfully the rain held off and made for a beautiful evening.
We hope to see you on our next night hike and we’re excited to see what we find together! 🍃

💙 Happy Father’s Day! 💙

We had a wonderful time building and decorating bird feeders with some very special guests yesterday. We were joined by dads, granddads, and even a grandmother who came to help create memories with the young people in their lives.

Seeing families spend time together, work with their hands, and share lots of smiles made this program extra special. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Today, we celebrate all the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who teach, encourage, and make lasting memories with the next generation. We hope you have a wonderful Father’s Day! 🪴
