🥶 I know it’s HOT right now! ☀️ But believe it or not, it’s time to start thinking about preparing your RV for cold weather.

Don’t wait until freezing temperatures are in the forecast and then find yourself outside in the cold trying to get everything ready! A little preparation now can save you a LOT of headaches later, AND it’s harder to find supplies once it is freezing.

🚐 UNDERPINNING

NO STRAW! 🚫🌾

Do your research, research, research! There are several options available, so find what works best for your RV, your situation, and your budget.

💧 HEATED WATER HOSES

A heated water hose is a great tool for cold-weather camping, but remember:

You STILL MUST insulate ALL connections.

The hose being heated does not mean your connections are protected from freezing.

🚽 SEWER OUTLETS & CONNECTIONS

Don’t forget about your sewer system!

Sewer outlets and connections must be covered and protected, or they WILL freeze. 🥶

Take the time now to figure out how you’ll protect everything before that first hard freeze hits.

🛒 Haven’t stopped by the camp store lately? Come see us! We have a variety of supplies to help you get your RV ready for cold weather.

Prepare now, stay warm later! 🔥🚐
