Meet Tracy 🌲

Six years in, Tracy has watched Southfork Junction grow, and she’s grown right along with it. Her favorite part of cooking? Always learning something new. Her go-to order? The BBQ Brisket Mac & Cheese with a 7-Up on the side. 🧀

Off the clock, you’ll find her on side-by-side rides, cooking at home, or spending time with her grandkids. Even better, she gets to work alongside her granddaughters, Vivian and Shayla, who have grown up with her and this place. 💛

Meet John 🌲

Two years in, and John still says the best part of serving is the endless aroma coming out of our kitchen — it keeps him hungry all shift long. His go-to? The Ponderosa.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him lost in a Sarah J. Maas novel 📚 — and dreaming up a future bakery with his girlfriend Kelsey. (We’ll be first in line.)

What he loves most about Southfork Junction is the setting: the forest, the weather, and being tucked right into the Nez Perce–Clearwater National Forest.

From the South Fork of the Clearwater to the Lewiston valley, our four places are full of good food, good people and stories worth telling. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile photographer to help us share them, with quarterly shoots at every location, headshots for our team, and the occasional one-off along the way.
