ISO of Buyer for the Cottage. We are willing to negotiate a price. We are very busy and genuinely don’t have time to keep up with this beauty.

Looking for someone to either purchase as a home to live in or someone wanting to keep it as a place for visitors.

Reach out if interested. A few offers never finalized like we had hoped, so we are looking actively again.

Again we just need to see it go to a new buyer who will love it! Offer us something !

✨ Help me plan the BEST late summer at The Cottage ✨

I’m putting together some fun events for July - September and I want to hear from YOU 🤍

Think cozy evenings, garden nights, good food, and something worth getting out of the house for 🌿

👇 What would you most love to attend? (vote by commenting below!)

🌻 Sip, Shop & Garden Nights — stroll the garden, sip something refreshing, shop local + enjoy a relaxed evening. We would encourage local businesses to setup some stands or be open that event on mainstreet!

💐 Build Your Own Bouquet Night — pick or create your own fresh flower bouquet

🎃 Summerween at the Cottage — a fun, slightly spooky summer night with cozy + playful vibes (my personal favorite)

💬 Comment any other ideas too!! I want this to feel like something special for our community — something you’d actually look forward to coming to.

Can’t wait to see what you pick ♥️

Another book club meeting wrapped up! Have you read “Where the Crawdads Sing”? If so, where were your thoughts!!?
