If you are celebrating America's 250th in the Riverways this weekend, please remember to recreate responsibly. Stay hydrated and be cautious of extreme heat. As a courtesy reminder, fireworks aren't allowed within ONSR.

Stay safe out there on the river, and please enjoy the fireworks outside the park at one of the local shows:

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from Homeport Inn Current River! 🇺🇸

This old farmhouse has stood through generations of Independence Days, and patriotism has always felt at home here. Long before we became its caretakers, the previous owners proudly displayed their love for our country, and we’ve been honored to continue that tradition. That’s why you’ll find this home decorated in red, white, and blue all year long.

If these walls could talk, they’d tell stories of family gatherings, laughter on the porch, home cooked meals, children playing in the yard, and fireworks lighting up the Ozark sky. While the years have brought many changes, the values that make this place special (faith, family, freedom, and community) have remained.

Whether you’re spending the holiday floating the Current River, gathered around a campfire, or enjoying time with the people you love, we hope you take a moment to appreciate the blessings and freedoms we enjoy.

From our family to yours, thank you to all who have served and sacrificed to protect those freedoms. We wish you a safe, happy, and blessed Independence Day. ❤️🤍💙

Cool summer evenings are made for gathering around the fire, roasting s’mores, and making memories under the stars. Homeport Inn Current River is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy it all.

This old sign has been greeting folks and standing the test of time for nearly 30 years. It did its job well, but after decades of sun, rain, and Ozark weather, the materials simply couldn't hold up any longer. Today, a new sign went up. It’s clean, crisp, and built to last with minimal maintenance. While it's a little bittersweet to say goodbye to something that's been part of the landscape for so long, we're excited for this fresh new look and the years ahead.

Out with old, in with the new!
