The icy snow left us with a memorable evening at The Hurst House B&B this past weekend. The roads were far too treacherous to go out for dinner so all of our guests chose to stay in. Fortunately, we had prepared turkey sweet potato chili in the event of inclement weather. Each of our 10 guests willingly took part in setting up for dinner and cutting fruits & veggies. In a short time the meal was ready to enjoy. What a delightful evening!
