Featured Home: Pelican Place

This gorgeous home provides the perfect combination of luxury and convenience. Great spaces for the entire family and more, but feel free to take the party outside to the home’s fire pit and porch right off the lovely Redbud Park.

Inside you’ll find a cozy, open concept main floor with a gas fireplace. Laundry, mudroom with a wet bar and ice machine, and a half bath are on the main floor as well. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is what dreams are made of!

You’ll find a cozy King bed, chairs to curl up and read a book or watch a movie, an en suite bathroom that includes a shower with two showerheads, and your own balcony with a sitting area! The other guest bedrooms consist of a King bed, a Queen bed with a sitting area, and the most fun bunk room in Carlton Landing. This bunk room has 6 built-in twin bunks with plenty of room for kids, or kids at heart, to have their own space including a 50” smart TV.

This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is full of exciting features. There is a master suite available on the first and second floor. Both include a king-sized bed and their own private bath. Located on the second floor, you will find 1 queen, 1 full/1 twin/1 trundle bunked, 2 twins bunked, and 1 twin pullout chair in the master bedroom. This home is located on a ridgeline that has a lake view from the screened-in balcony. Beautifully decorated and makes it seem like you are right in the middle of Seaside. Recently added outdoor firepit with string lights is the best place to enjoy time with family and friends.
