House #6 on the Eufaula Pilgrimage: Alabama's Oldest Tour of Homes is Fendall Hall.

Fendall Hall- 917 West Barbour Street, 1860
This impressive Italianate country villa style home was built in 1860 by Edward B. and Ann Fendall Beall Young. The home has served as a home for 5 generations. Fendall Hall is now a historic site of the Alabama Historic Commission. It has 3 rooms of the finest Victorian-era murals as any house in America. The black & white Italian marble floors are original and still in the home. This beautiful home is open for day tours and candlelight.

Art & Blooms in Rooms at Shorter Mansion is our Kick-Off event for the 2026 Eufaula Pilgrimage: Alabama's Oldest Tour of Homes.

Tickets are selling fast so make sure you don't miss this event!!

Tickets are $50 each and include cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Florals are donated by our talented Eufaula florists. Bid on incredible art by local artists at a silent auction. All monies collected benefit the Eufaula Heritage Association and the Shorter Mansion.

Art and Blooms in Rooms at Shorter will kick-off the 2026 Eufaula Pilgrimage: Alabama's Oldest Tour of Homes. The event will be Thursday, April 9th from 6-8:00 p.m. Tickets are limited and are $50.00 each and includes cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Local artists and florists donate their works to make this such a wonderful fundraiser for the Eufaula Heritage Association. All art work is available at the auction for bidding.
