Hi, we will be officially listing our property for sale in the Fall, probably towards the end of October. We are sad to leave our beautiful place on the canal that we put so much love and hard work into. It has been a pleasure to live here, but it is time to pass this great property to a new owner - perhaps someone who owns a boat. We just want to get the word out now and if you know someone who might be interested, please pass this on. It is a great income property. The upstairs has been rented consistently since we've owned it - both as a furnished rental as it is now and previously unfurnished and we have lived downstairs. There are 2 Units - a 2 BR downstairs and 3 bedroom upstairs. There is also a huge basement with a bath and two walk outs but the property is only zoned for 2 apartments. Could work for an inlaw or rec space, I use it for my office. Pictures already here for upstairs rental and also available on VRBO or Airbnb.
