🎉 Congratulations to our 2025 Discover Lodging Management Award Winners! 🎉

We just wrapped up our Annual General Manager Summit in Fergus Falls, MN, where nearly 40 leaders from across our Midwest portfolio came together for two days of training, collaboration, and community impact.

This year’s summit included professional development sessions led by our DLMI corporate team, franchise partners, and Ted Schick (https://schickcorplearning.com/) — focused on operations, guest experience, revenue management, sales, leadership, and brand excellence.

We also continued our tradition of giving back through our Discover Cares Project, participating in two meaningful initiatives:
❤️ A Million Thanks – sending encouragement letters to active-duty service members & veterans
🎒 Someplace Safe – donating essential supply bags to support crime victims across West Central Minnesota

MEGAN HARDIE NAMED GENERAL MANAGER OF THE AMERICINN BY WYNDHAM IN ABERDEEN, SD.

Discover Lodging Management, Inc. is pleased to announce Megan Hardie as General Manager of the AmericInn by Wyndham in Aberdeen, SD. Megan has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota and has over 20 years of experience in sales and retail management. She has been very active in her community including being the Chair of the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce. She has 2 boys ages 6 and 4 that keep her busy in her free time.

The AmericInn in Aberdeen is an 88-room hotel that includes a pool, hot tub, event center, and an attached Pub. Megan may be reached at 605-225-4565.

MAUNA ST. JOHN NAMED GENERAL MANAGER OF THE FARGO INN & SUITES FARGO, ND.

Discover Lodging Management, Inc. is pleased to announce Mauna St. John as General Manager of the Fargo Inn & Suites in Fargo, ND. Mauna has been with the Fargo Inn since 2008, when she started as a housekeeper. She then moved to laundry, before eventually getting promoted to Head Housekeeper. In 2015 she shifted to the front desk where she quickly became the Assistant General Manager. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandson along with her family.

The Fargo Inn & Suites is a 113-room hotel that includes a fitness room as well as an attached Sports Bar and Casino. Mauna St. John may be reached at 701-282-6300.
