A big day to celebrate!

We’re thrilled to attend the ribbon cutting for the Meadow River Rail Trail in Rainelle. Explore the former Nicholas, Fayette, and Greenbrier Railroad along the scenic Meadow River for trail walking, biking, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, rock climbing, and cross country skiing.

A big congratulations to the Greenbrier and Fayette County Commissions on this incredible and impactful project! 🎉

She’s known for her positive attitude, encouraging coaching style, and her ability to help riders of all skill levels feel confident on the trail. 🙌🏻

We run guided mountain bike trips any day of the week + weekends. Bookings can be made through our website at least 48 hours in advance, or you can call us directly for bookings within 24 hours 😊

Meet the man that makes it all happen.

Phil is co-owner of The Arrowhead Bike Farm, and one of the driving forces behind the space you see today. Born in California, raised in Indiana, and rooted in West Virginia for the past 12 years, he’s been a mountain bike guide for most of his life, guiding rides in places like China and Bolivia along the way. 🌎

Arrowhead started as a shared idea among friends: a dream of a place where riding, community, and the outdoors could come together naturally. Over time, that idea took shape here in the mountains of West Virginia. 🌄

Today, it’s a place built for connection, adventure, and the kind of days that turn into stories. ☺️ A gathering place for adventurers of all kinds. 🌾

Ducky’s posted up in the doorway supervising today’s kitchen renovations at the Handlebar + Kitchen. Calm, cute, and fully in charge of quality control. 🐾

The kitchen is closed today while we do a little kitchen refresh, but don’t worry, Ducky’s making sure everything runs on schedule and we’ll be back open tomorrow right on time. 😊

Brapps Then Taps 2026 is in the books! 🏆

It was a perfect day for racing at The Arrowhead Bike Farm as riders took on the latest stop of the WVMBA Cross Country Mountain Bike Series. Huge congratulations to all of the winners and every racer who lined up and gave it their all. 🙌

It was especially awesome to see so many junior riders out there pushing themselves and crushing miles. From start to finish, the energy was high, and the competition was strong. 💪
