As many of you know, the motel is under new ownership and is in currently undergoing a big time makeover.

A new chapter begins! By the Bay Motel is under new ownership. As of last week, the motel has transitioned to the new owners, Luke, Mitch, and the Katie's. The four of us are so excited for the next chapter in this incredible property and are beyond thankful for everything that John & Mary have done to build such an incredible and memorable place for guests to stay. As some of you may have heard, the motel is currently closed for the remainder of this season for renovations, but we are eager to welcome new and returning guests to a unique and exciting motel experience next spring. We are excited to share with you the upgrades and renovations we are making to the motel along with the unique amenities that our guests will be able to enjoy. These are exciting times ahead and we can’t wait to continue the legacy that the motel has brought to the Door County community.
