Welcome to Camel Brook Camps! We are so glad you are considering staying with us. Camel Brook Camps was established in 2000 by Jean and Anne LeBlanc. After running a successful business for more than 20 years they decided retire, selling the business to Dan and Randalyn Shaw. They continued to grow the business and after few years decided to sell. In July 2022, the business was purchased by Tim a

nd Katelin Voisine. As natives of the area, Tim and Kate are well-versed in all the area has to offer. Their knowledge and eagerness to help ensures that you get the most out of your stay. Camel Brook Camps offers quality, all-season lodging in a convenient location at an affordable price. They are situated in the breathtaking Northern Maine woods and only minutes from downtown Fort Kent. This perfect location allows you to be close to all the outdoor fun but remote enough for optimal relaxation in the serenity of nature. Cabins are perfectly suited for family vacations, hunting accommodations, or romantic weekends. With four cabins varying in size, you will surely find something that meets your needs. Cabins have direct trail access to ITS 85 and lots of parking for snowmobiling or ATVing. Cabins are available for daily, weekly, and monthly rental. We also offer lodging and guiding for moose and bear hunters, with a large game hoist and walk-in cooler. Lodging for deer and grouse hunters as well. Here at Camel Brook, we believe that pets deserve a vacation too! We are absolutely pet friendly and they stay for free! We look forward to hosting you at Camel Brook Camps!

If you see these hard-working folks around town, please take a moment to thank them. They have been putting in long hours and moving at lightning speed to get the spraying completed so riders can get out there as quickly as possible. 💪

Hey everyone, Tim at Camel Brook Camps in Fort Kent. We've been getting alot of calls lately about trail conditions. Figured I'd try to take a quick ride and get some footage of the Fort Kent trails. So Luke and I, Lukes 4 and OBSESSED with snowmobiles, took off from the camps Sunday late afternoon and rode 85 south towards Eagle Lake. Keep in mind this was the Sunday after school vacation week, so traffic this past week was insane. That being considered, and the fact we have not had a good snowfall in a few weeks the trails are exceptional. Some of the turns are pushed out a bit due to the high traffic and there are a few spots where I could feel a rock or two under my skis but a few good nights of grooming and putting the snow back where it needs to be should fix this. The sun is getting stronger, but the temps are definitely cooperating. FKSR is doing an amazing job keeping up with the trails. If your questioning riding the Fort Kent area, I hope these quick clips help show how great our trails are. Luke and I plan to try to do these little clips every week to show the good and the bad, and hopefully we can get more in detail.
