NMC’s new Beverage Management Certificate is preparing the next generation of leaders for Michigan's growing craft beverage and hospitality industries.

Developed with input from industry professionals like Marie-Chantal Dalese, President & CEO of Chateau Chantal Winery, the program combines hands-on learning with industry-recognized certifications in one comprehensive credential.

“It’s a natural fit for what’s going on up here in Traverse City, for the continued investment in the craft beverage industry, the foodie culture. It only makes sense” says Dalese.

🍂 Fall colors are just weeks away in Michigan! The first signs of changing leaves typically begin in the Upper Peninsula by mid-September before gradually working their way south. Northern Michigan follows in late September, with Metro Detroit beginning to see more color as October arrives. Dates are estimated and can vary with weather.
