Here, warm hospitality meets timeless charm. Our recent renovations have refreshed our guest suites and gathering spaces while keeping the heart and character of the home beautifully intact. Whether you’re joining us for a peaceful stay, a sp

ecial celebration, or a relaxing afternoon in our Heirloom Tea Room, we hope you feel like part of the family. We’re also proud to share the history of our town through our guided historic tours, which bring the stories of the McCoy House to life. We’re excited to begin our next phase of renovations, which will make the grounds even more inviting. Soon, you’ll see updates to our main deck, the addition of two kitchen and learning gardens, a potential amphitheater, a cozy gazebo, and eventually a sweet little gift shop filled with local charm. If you have any questions about tea times, event rentals, historic tours, or booking one of our suites or State Room, our innkeeper Katie VanMeter would be delighted to help. 📣 WV Trout Fest 2026 Schedule Released! 🎣🎶

The Pendleton County Chamber of Commerce is excited to officially announce the full schedule for WV Trout Fest 2026, taking place May 1–2 in Franklin, West Virginia!

WV Trout Fest is a long-standing, free, family-friendly festival celebrating trout fishing, outdoor recreation, and Appalachian culture. This year’s event is shaping up to be one of our best yet, with a full weekend of activities for all ages.

🎣 Trout Rodeo – Saturday morning
🎤 Live Music All Weekend – featuring regional favorites and headliner Soda Pop Gypsies
🍽 Trout Dinner – a local favorite you won’t want to miss
🛍 Vendors & Community Activities – throughout the weekend
🧸 Kids Kare Conservation Area – Family-friendly fun for all ages throughout the day
