It was a wonderful morning to enjoy fellowship with our Brothers and their families. We created this daytime stated meeting to help our Brothers who have trouble traveling at night.

This allows everyone to gather and experience the true meaning of Masonry.

A huge thank you goes out to our new Entered Apprentice and Fellow Craft Brothers. They did an excellent job grilling a great lunch meal for everyone.

Please remember that Junaluskee meets on the first Tuesday of the month. Dinner is served at 6:00 PM, and the meeting begins at 7:00 PM. We look forward to seeing you there.

Another fantastic couples night in the books for Junaluskee Lodge #145! 🎸

We had an incredible evening at the local performance center, singing along to every word with the amazing Journey Tribute Band, “Departure”!

They absolutely rocked the house and brought back some timeless classics. It is always a privilege to share these evenings outside the Lodge room, enjoying great music, laughs, and making memories with our Brothers, wives, and families.

Moments like these remind us how blessed we are to have such a supportive and close-knit community.Thank you to everyone who came out to make it a memorable night!

Did you know that on this day in 1793, President and Freemason George Washington laid the cornerstone of the United States Capitol building in a Masonic ceremony? Corn, w**e, and oil were used to dedicate the stone -- and the building that would grow from it -- to its use in serving a growing nation.

After the ceremony Washington gave the gavel used to the Master of Potomac Lodge No. 5, and the trowel used to the Master of Alexandria-Washington Lodge No. 22. Both are still in the care of the respective Lodges, and can be seen today by visitors.

What an incredible community effort!
A huge thank you to the Hights nonprofit organization for coming out and helping us begin the journey of refreshing the landscape at Junaluskee Masonic Lodge #145 here in Franklin.

Our beautiful, sweeping Japanese Maple tree looks much cleaner and more defined after clearing out the overgrown weeds and debris underneath.

Hands-on service like this keeps our property looking beautiful while honoring its rich local history. We will need more help in the near future to continue removing weeds and bushes around the grounds!

Stay tuned for details on our next workday—we’d love to have you join us.
