It started with a father who looked at this land and saw something no one else did yet. His son, John Howton, had the courage to build it. And now, year after year, dads just like him have brought their families here to make memories that last a lifetime.

Today was one for the record books. I want to both congratulate and thank the team at Seahorse Estates this week for putting on an incredible quinceanera.

The guest had so much fun, and the venue looked stunning! I'm excited to share more photos and videos from the great event that we had the honor of hosting today.

From weddings, 50th wedding anniversaries, family reunions and now a quinceanera... there is no limit to the memories that we can make here together. ❤️🏝️

🌊 Storm Yesterday. Sunshine Today.

One of the things we love most about our coastal location is how quickly conditions can change. Just yesterday, Tropical Storm Arthur brought elevated water levels across the preserve but it didn't reach any of our homes. Today, the water has already receded back to normal, revealing the beautiful scenery and wide-open views that make Seahorse Estates so special.

These photos were taken today, showcasing just how quickly our nature preserve, boardwalks, and beach access have returned to normal. Our vacation rental guests have already been back out enjoying the property, including kayaking through the marsh and taking advantage of our beachside amenities.

As always, the views are stunning, the wildlife is active, and the Gulf breeze is calling.

We're also excited to be welcoming our upcoming Quinceañera celebration guests this weekend and look forward to helping create a beautiful and memorable event along the Texas coast.
