Starting this April we will have another cabin available at Piedmont lake. This one is a bit more updated, and has beds better suited for couples. Let us know when you want to book it for a trip!

We had a great spring at Piedmont, and had a lot of musky fishermen come in. 2 groups that came in actually make lures specificly for musky and said they caught dozens of pigs(but they didn’t share photos). Gerhard Schmidt did share his musky photo, and between him and his partner Rick Mayher on the boat won the tournament.

Turkey season is now going on, while it seems to be a bit slow I know that there have been at least one turkey claimed.

We had some guests in the cabin over the weekend so we ran out to the lake for Valentine’s Day. The lake is mostly frozen, and the ice fishing is getting busy. Be careful if you are out on the lakes, there is still open water and thin parts.
