🧼 HIRING: SHORT-TERM RENTAL CLEANERS — FRENCHBURG, KY
Lush Hollow is looking to add reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to our team!
We have 3 small, privately owned vacation rental cabins near Frenchburg and are looking for dependable people who take pride in their work and can work independently.
💰 PAY: $30+/HR EQUIVALENT
We pay a set rate per cabin, rather than hourly. Based on our normal turnover times, the pay works out to over $30/hour for the typical clean.
WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:
🏡 2 larger cabins — approximately 600 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms
⏱️ Usually about 2–3 hours per turnover
🏡 1 A-frame cabin — approximately 420 sq. ft., 1 bedroom
⏱️ Usually about 1 hour per turnover
Typical turnover responsibilities include:
• Complete cleaning of the cabin
• Strip beds and take linens home to wash
• Make beds with fresh linens
• Restock soaps and supplies
• Clean/treat hot tub
• Check for damage, missing items, or maintenance issues
• Follow a simple cleaning checklist
• Submit required photos when finished
• Communicate any issues before leaving
🕙 SCHEDULE
Turnovers are scheduled within the 10 AM–3 PM window, depending on guest reservations.
You are NOT working 10–3 every day. Most turnovers are only a few hours, and our cleaners can often complete two cabins in a day. Three same-day turnovers is possible occasionally, but is more of a full day.
This is a great fit for someone who wants flexible work with good pay without spending an entire day cleaning one large house.

✔️ Able to work independently
