Alexys is a licensed massage therapist with over five years of experience helping clients find relief, restore balance, and improve overall well-being. A graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Michigan, she was selected for the school’s apprenticeship program, where she helped train future therapists.

Drawing from a variety of modalities, Alexys creates personalized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. She believes that bodywork and movement are essential to a healthy, active life and is passionate about helping clients feel heard, supported, and at home in their bodies.
