🎉 Employee Appreciation Event – September 12th
Every year at the end of our season, we take our staff on a weekend trip to celebrate another busy summer and show our appreciation for all of their hard work.
This year, we’re doing something a little different.
Instead of traveling, we’re keeping our employee appreciation event right here at home…on the James River and at our campground. We wanted to invite our amazing customers to join us for a fun evening and spend time with the crew that helps make your float trips possible all season long.
🎟️ Half-Off Day Passes will be available for this event!
🎶 Live Music: The Holt Boys (starting around 9:00 PM)
🌮 Multiple Food Trucks
Please read before reserving your Day Pass:
• Day Passes are HALF-OFF but must be reserved by calling our office.
• Walk-in Day Pass purchases will NOT be allowed for any reason.
• All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
• All waivers must be signed at least 48 hours prior to the event. If you arrive without completed waivers, you will be turned away.
• Gate check-in is from 7:00 PM–8:00 PM ONLY. The gate will close promptly at 8:00 PM, and no late entry will be permitted.
We’re strictly enforcing these rules because this night is meant to celebrate our hardworking staff. We want them to be able to relax, enjoy themselves, and spend time with everyone instead of working. Management will be handling gate check-ins so the crew can have a well-deserved night off.
We’re excited to celebrate another incredible season with the people who helped make it possible…our staff and our loyal customers. We appreciate your understanding, your support, and your respect for these event guidelines.
