🥪✨ Lunch Spotlight: Embe Galena ✨🥗

Stopped into Embe Galena on a hot day and had the turkey salad sandwich — and it was SO good! 🦃😍 There’s definitely a reason they sell out of it so often.

The menu had so many other things I wanted to try, so I already know I’ll be back. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, the prices are reasonable, and their drinks looked pretty amazing too. 🍹

If you’re looking for an easy lunch spot while exploring Galena, this one is worth adding to your list!

✨It’s the little things that make a stay easier✨

Today’s Galena condo project: labeling ALL the light switches! 🙌

Because no one wants to spend the first five minutes of vacation flipping every switch in the room trying to figure out which one turns on the porch light. 😂

And yes… one of them officially “Does Nothing.”
We may never know its purpose. It has accepted its fate. 🤷‍♀️

Not the most glamorous STR upgrade, but hopefully one less tiny frustration for our guests — and those little details add up. ❤️

Vacation should be easy — even the light switches. 😎

We had SO much fun touring Berning Acres! It’s a real working dairy farm just outside of Galena. We learned so much and can now add farmer to the list of potential career choices! 🥰🐄 🥛
